We start with the basic records of births, deaths and marriages, and glean every bit of information that we can. We cross-check everything and follow every lead.
Special records
We then search the archives for anything closely related to your ancestor, such as their school records, military service records, trade records, newspaper reports and even maps.
Reports
From this information we build a life story, from birth to death, and even afterwards, through wills and probate records. We can follow trails through German, French and Italian records; decider jargon and abbreviations; analyse photos for clues; cross check old and modern maps for place name changes - this is our passion.
